On Aug 24, Pastor Jeremy shared from Ezra 4-5. There, the Jews encountered opposition, but God encouraged him through his word and watched over them so that they could keep building. Pastor challenged people to expect opposition whenever they pursue God’s will. He advised them to spend time in Bible study and prayer, and to pay attention for ways he is watching over them, so they may recieve God’s encouragement. And he called them to keep building and working to accomplish God’s will.

Pastor Jeremy also invited the congregation to a pot-luck BBQ at the Geerdes house on Tuesday, September 2.
