Pastor Jeremy taught from John 14:15-17 about the three steps required to realize the transformed life characterized by “good works which God prepared ahead of time for us to do” (Ephesians 2:10). The first step is to love Jesus by making him the most important thing in our lives and aligning our decisions, desires, and priorities with his. Second, as we do this, we will find that we are increasingly keeping his commands and doing things that please him. Finally, since our effort will never be enough on its own, we must welcome the Holy Spirit into us, giving him the freedom to rearrange and renovate our lives to suit his purposes. The Holy Spirit alone can make us holy and empower us to execute the will of God. Check out the full message below:

  • NFC will hold its annual Community Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday as a way to share the love of Jesus with kids and families in our community. The egg hunt will happen at Woodlawn Park (3126 Twana Dr.) starting at 9:00 am. DO NOT BE LATE. For directions and more information, click here. We need your help to make it possible!
