Pastor Jeremy unpacked Luke 19:28-40 to discover that Christians are called to be both citizens and heralds of the kingdom of God. This means recognizing that Jesus is a king, but of a different sort than earthly kings. It requires us to make him our king, conforming to his character and command, and it compels us to become heralds of that kingdom, sharing what we know about him with the rest of the world.
