Pastor Tami shared from Nehemiah 4 and other passages about the nature and importance of faith during difficult times. She explained that faith means having the determination to overcome obstacles and adversity to accomplish God’s goals for our lives, trusting the Lord as a child trusts a parent, and submitting to God’s will in all things. - Community Bible Discussion Group will meet Tuesday at 6:00p at 4035 51st St.
- On Saturday, March 28, New Foundation Church will hold its annual Community Easter Egg Hunt as a way to share the love of Jesus with kids and families in the community. You can help in three different ways:
- Donate candy, toys, etc. to stuff inside eggs. Alternatively, you can give money so we can purchase supplies.
- Volunteer. Help stuff eggs at the church on Saturday mornings 9a – noon. Also, plan to help us set up, run, and clean up after the event on March 28.
- Invite your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. Anyone with kids ages 0 through Grade 5 is welcome!
- Next Sunday, Pastor Jeremy will begin a new teaching series about the basics of faith. If you are just beginning to explore the idea of following Jesus, this will be an opportunity to learn about the basic concepts. If you have been following Jesus for a long time, this will be a wonderful refresher.
